Return Policy
Please email: [email protected] to notify us of your return and order number before returning items. In order to insure confirmation of your returned package, we suggest a shipping tracking number be included with your e-mail notification.

If your order was incorrectly shipped, please notify us immediately. All internet purchases must be returned or exchanged through web-site customer service. All textiles are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. Once we cut the yardage it is a final sale. All custom orders including Drapery out-of-a Box and Hardware are also non-returnable due to the customized nature of the product. The Silk Trading Co.

All UPS Ground, 3rd Business Day, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day shipping options are available within the United States.

For international orders, please call customer service at 888-SILK-302 to place your order or calculate shipping fees. All international orders will include separate shipping charges by UPS which may not include duties, taxes and other importing fees.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering when the order is placed before 12 noon Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday.
Orders placed after 12 noon  Pacific Standard Time Monday-Friday will be shipped within 72 hours of ordering.

We cannot accept a shipping address containing a P.O. Box number, please use a physical street address for UPS delivery.

UPS Address Correction:  Please make sure your address is complete with your street number, apartment/suite number, city, state and zip code.  UPS charges for address corrections and that fee will be an additional cost to your order.

Shipping charges for orders sent to an incorrect address or P.O. Box that are returned to us are non-refundable.

Drapery, pillows, tassels and handbags can be returned within 7 days of it's receipt when returned with its original packaging, and in like-new condition. Damaged, used, or altered drapery will not be refunded. The freight return charge is the responsibility of the customer and the package must be postmarked by the 7th calendar day from it's receipt. Your refund will be made within 7 calendar days from the date we receive your return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please use this Shipping Label. If your order was incorrectly shipped, please call for us to issue a call tag and have the order picked up.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. All products cannot be returned or exchanged in our retail stores. All internet purchases must be returned or exchanged through web-site customer service.

Signature Textiles are non-returnable due to the nature of the product, once we cut the yardage it is a final sale. All custom orders including Drapery by Design and Hardware Express are also non-returnable due to the customized nature of the product.
